Bill has extensive experience in a variety of legal matters, including business and tax planning, securities offerings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing and development.
With a unique blend of past public accounting experience and legal knowledge, Bill is able to provide a multifaceted platform for his broad clientele. Born and raised in Taiwan, he is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese and uses his language and cultural understanding to facilitate a large volume of inbound investments from Asia into the United States. He devises strategies and provides implementation guidance for his clients’ investment and development projects, including industrial projects, high-rise offices, mixed-use buildings, retail and condominium projects, residential communities, hotels and restaurants. Bill’s clients appreciate his pragmatic, result-oriented approach, as well as his dedication to provide top-notch and responsive legal services.
Bill received his Bachelor of Arts from Western Washington University, his law degrees from Georgetown University Law Center with distinctions and Seattle University School of Law with honors. When he is not serving his domestic and international clients, he is an involved father of his two sons and devotes substantial amount of his free time to coach youth baseball and other sports.
