Tom Hansen is one of the firms most experienced transactional attorneys. Since his admission to the Washington State Bar Association in 1990, Tom has focused his practice on commercial and residential transactional work, which includes real estate, real estate finance, construction, environmental, corporate and business planning.
Tom represents real estate developers, construction companies, private lenders, commercial landlords, property owners, and tenants in a broad variety of real estate matters. He has represented a number of US and international companies with the purchase and development of commercial properties in downtown Seattle and central Bellevue. He has also represents commercial lenders and borrowers in the full range of project and permanent financing and refinance transactions. In addition to commercial transactions, Tom also provides guidance to Sellers and Buyers in all aspects of residential property transactions.
Tom graduated from the University of Washington in 1984 with a Bachelors of Science in Forestry, and went on to pursue his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law. When not working, Tom enjoys time with his family, cycling, hiking, woodworking, coaching youth sports, and volunteer activities.
