Tiffany Jacobsen is lead paralegal in the Condominium/Homeowners Association department. She handles collection cases and noncompliance violation cases for hundreds of homeowner and condominium associations in the Northwest. Tiffany works on resolving the amounts due by engaging in settlements and payment plans with debtors or pursuing cases more aggressively by filing lawsuits and proceeding with garnishments and/or judicial foreclosures. Her goal is to make our clients feel whole again throughout the complex process that often comes through for her department, as well as help struggling debtors reach a resolution that is beneficial to all parties involved.
Tiffany graduated Summa Cum Laude from Seattle University and l’Université de Grenoble in France with a double major in Political Science and French. She also received certification from the French government for her level of French comprehension, speaking and writing. Tiffany has experience working in family law, corporate banking, intellectual property, bankruptcy and homeowners’ association law.
Tiffany has enjoyed volunteering at King County Animal Control. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys trying new foods, spending time with friends and family, and cozy evenings with her beloved dog, Omega.
