Our firm represents the largest condominium developer in the Puget Sound area, but also guides many "first timers" referred to us by real estate professionals (including other lawyers and condominium management companies) through the complex condominium creation process. Our firm has been designated as condominium specialists by Fannie Mae, FHA, and the VA, as well as numerous local lenders.

We assist clients throughout the entire development process, from (a) negotiating and documenting the property purchase, (b) creating an ownership structure aimed at minimizing personal liability, providing management flexibility and accommodating different capital and financing arrangements, (c) reviewing and negotiating development and construction loan documents throughout the project financing process, (d) preparing subdivision CC&Rs, homeowner association documents, easements, purchase and sale agreements and other documents required for the development, and (e) providing advice to the client during the development, sales, management, and turnover process.
Commercial Development, Financing and Leasing:
Our attorneys efficiently and expertly provide services for the development, financing, leasing and sale of the entire spectrum of commercial projects, from strip retail to shopping centers, small professional buildings to larger office projects, and mixed use projects from those involving 3 tenants to a regional destination center costing in excess of $150,000,000 to develop. We routinely represent commercial borrowers and lenders alike for construction and permanent loans, as well as joint ventures and creative investor financial arrangements.
