Jim Clark is licensed to practice law in both Washington and Montana. He is one of the firm's most experienced trial attorneys, priding himself on achieving excellent results for our clients.
His practice focuses on real estate and business matters from both a transactional and litigation standpoint. As part of his practice, Jim handles and routinely represents clients that need assistance resolving disputes pertaining to matters involving contract, partnership, employment trade secret and other business related issues. From a transitional standpoint, Jim works with many business owners, commercial landlords and tenants to address leasing issues. Jim also handles certain family law matters that involve real estate and business issues.
Jim graduated from Willamette University School of Law in 1986, where he was a member of the Willamette Law Review. Jim is a former college basketball player that now enjoys golf and water sports. Jim has worked with the Eastside King County Bar Association in the past and now serves as a Trustee for the King County Bar Association.
