
Roy focuses his practice on construction, real estate, aviation, contracts, and property matters. He has a construction management degree from the University of Washington, over 20 years of experience managing commercial construction projects (in the private and public sectors), and has managed several construction companies, including his own construction management company. As a result, Roy has the experience and expertise to handle the most complicated construction matters for owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Roy is also experienced in aviation related matters as he is an FAA-licensed Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor. In addition to teaching primary and instrument students, he also flew the traffic reporting airplane for a local television and radio station. Roy combines his broad range of life experience and legal expertise to serve a wide range of clients in both litigation and transactional matters.
Born and raised in Lake Forest Park, Roy now resides in Kenmore with his wife and two children. During his leisure time, he enjoys running and exercising, snow and water skiing, flying, and spending time with his family.
