Jim graduated from Willamette University School of Law in 1986, where he was a member of the Willamette Law Review. He is licensed to practice law in both Washington and Montana. Jim's practice focuses on real estate and business matters from both a transactional and litigation standpoint. During the course of his practice, Jim has worked with many business owners, commercial landlords and tenants, financing companies and developers. Jim also handles limited family law issues. He is an experienced trial attorney with excellent negotiation skills. An avid water skier, Jim also enjoys basketball, golf and snow skiing.
